⚖️ AccuPowderWeigh™ – Precise Ground Coffee Dosing
Smart X uses a built-in high-precision scale to weigh the coffee in real time with ±0.2 g accuracy. This replaces time- or volume-based dosing, ensuring consistent taste and brew balance throughout the day – regardless of who operates the machine.
🧠 CLS™ – Real-Time Automatic Extraction Control
The Closed-Loop System (CLS) is a fully automated quality control feature that adjusts the grind setting after each brew based on extraction time, weight, and liquid volume. The result is a consistent cup of coffee, even when switching beans or when environmental conditions change.
🌀 Vertical Extraction & Vibration Distribution
Coffee grounds are distributed using Vertical Vibrating Distribution (VVD), simulating a barista’s knock on the portafilter to evenly settle the puck before tamping. Brewing then occurs from the bottom up (reverse gravity), minimizing channeling and improving flavor extraction.
⚙️ Ceramic Burrs & Digital Grind Adjustment
Equipped with 64 mm ceramic burrs and 0.01 mm digital adjustment, Smart X ensures precise grind settings and extended burr life (up to 3000 kg). A powerful yet quiet BLDC motor maintains consistent particle size even under high workload.
🥛 SuperMix™ – Barista-Grade Milk Foam
By spiraling air and milk before steam injection, SuperMix™ creates dense, creamy foam suitable for latte art – with both dairy and plant-based milk. Foam texture and aeration levels can be finely tuned, and both hot and cold milk options are supported.
🔧 Modular Design – 5-Minute Service
Smart X is built with 9 major and 6 minor modules. Each component – such as the brew unit, grinder, or milk pump – can be quickly removed and replaced, often in under five minutes. This makes service easy and minimizes downtime.
🌐 IoT & Remote Management
Smart X is built for connected environments. With API integration, it connects to ERP systems and allows for real-time monitoring. Recipes, alerts, and software updates (OTA) can be managed remotely – by you or your service provider.
